Wilson Elser's Edwardsville, IL office currently seeks a Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to join the Asbestos / Toxic Tort defense practice team.
The Edwardsville office joined Wilson Elser's national network in January 2015. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing, fast-paced office a national law firm.
Qualifications
o JD from an accredited Law School
o Must be admitted to practice in Illinois and Missouri
o 1 - 2 years of experience
o Experience and/or strong interest in toxic tort defense litigation
o Strong legal research and writing skills
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Travel will be required
o Legal project management experience is helpful

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
