We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems.
This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Enter customer orders into the system - Update and maintain databases with new information - Verify data by comparing it to source documents - Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed - Assist with data collection and analysis projects - File and organize documents as necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative/clerical roles is required - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic math skills for accurate data entry If you are a meticulous individual with excellent organizational skills and have experience in data entry or administrative roles, we encourage you to apply for this position.
