The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

years litigation experience.
Proficient with State and Federal E-filing.
Maintain case files and related documents for assigned cases.
Prepare routine correspondence to parties and counsel, as well as administrative documents related to the administration of cases.
Coordinate service of process with court personnel or private process servers.
Search public records, government websites, and other pertinent information sources.
Experience with Worldox a plus.
Other secretarial duties as assigned.
